I didn’t get a reset. Do I just have to wait?

@LPM0118 en X ↗ · 25 oct 2026

Pro 500 user here. The last reset that landed in my account was on OCT 8. Why did I get NONE of the resets you've announced?

@Mario2rjv en X ↗ · 25 oct 2026

@dukeoffline en X ↗ · 25 oct 2026

你是不是忘了你这次的重置承诺？？我昨天等了一整天，仍然没有收到，因为你的预告我还提前把额度消耗完了，我现在该怎么办？tibo

Hi Tibo, thank you for everything you and the team do 🙏 My account (ghostawen) seems to have missed the latest usage reset — Codex still shows used up. I'm a freelancer in Taiwan and Codex is how I support my parents. Could you please check and reset it? Truly grateful.

@ghostawen_7321 en X ↗ · 24 oct 2026

Hey @thsottiaux, the reset didn't land for me. My weekly countdown restarted, but my usage limit is stuck at 0% (pro 100 plan). Is anyone else the same?

@ZhenVictorHuang en X ↗ · 24 oct 2026

I didn't get the reset from yesterday

@bocmaxima293829 en X ↗ · 24 oct 2026

I held onto yesterday's reset until this morning cuz I didn't think there'd be another one so soon. But I started working long before 10AM PST and didn't notice any reset, and now I'm back at 0%. Damn

@somebobcat8327 en X ↗ · 24 oct 2026

@Aresgobig en X ↗ · 15 oct 2026

@naturalSmartnes en X ↗ · 14 oct 2026
