Is normal Web Chat now counted against the shared Work/Codex 5-hour quota? Usage says “Chat conversations are not included,” but after a regular GPT-5.6 Sol web chat my quota dropped from 18% left to 11%. I didn’t use Work. Analytics shows “Web (Work).” Bug?

So I stopped some workload on dots. Too inefficient for software development. Moving 1 project back to local codex. Until terminal and shell are permitted with more visibilities on dots sessions, dots usage will not be good enough for everyday dev.

Tibo, My personal thoughts after updates: 1) Usage has decreased, but I believe the main reason is that the 6.1 Sol model runs too slowly, regardless of the inference intensity setting. 2) Other competitors to Codex have gradually opened up access to users in other countries.
