Problem
Hey @tibo, my Pro expired yesterday, so I bought Plus today. But Codex immediately showed 0% weekly usage left, with a 5-day wait. Support confirmed Pro usage carries over to Plus. Why pay for a new subscription if I can’t use Codex? At least warn users before checkout.

Problem
I’m so fucking done. I downgraded from ChatGPT Pro to Plus, and my Codex allowance instantly dropped to 0%. I'm paying for Plus, yet I have to wait an entire week just to use Codex?! Tibo, you've really outdone yourself. 🙃

Problem
Pro user here, seems the bag had a leak! 😅 My weekly limit didn't reset at all (still sitting at 73% with a 5-day timer). Any chance of a manual top-up?

@thsottiaux Codex bug: Pro expired with lots of weekly limit left. After upgrading Free→Plus→Pro, 5-hour limit shows 100% but weekly stuck at 0%, Codex unusable. Cost me a full workday. Support emails are all bots, no human. Too many bugs. Case 16811087. Please check?
