Work usage limits

OMG 2X Sol for the same price!!! That's incredible. Oh wait on October 29th the 20x plan is getting cut in half. So we get worse performance at the same usage level (which without resets is unusable). 🍻 Cheers to that I guess.

@thsottiaux I’m an existing Pro 20x user. My Astra usage limit was ~1B tokens; it’s now ~500M—already halved. The announced change was supposed to take effect on Oct 30, not before. This is seriously disrupting my work. Please investigate and restore the 20x allowance.

As a Pro $200 user, this poll feels unfair. We opposed 5h limits with 20x usage. Now you've halved our quota and ask if we want it restored in exchange for 5h limits? That's restoring what we had, with strings attached. I'm switching to Pro $100.

Codex is really useful. However, it's a shame that I used up all my tokens after just a few tasks. Why is it that the web version of ChatGPT allows for a large number of tokens, while the token limit allocated to Codex is pitifully small。Can this be optimized? Thanks.

You and your company still refuse to understand the only important matter is to have fair value for the price. If I pay 200$/month, you slash usage by 50% and than make model 4x slower, you will lose majority of users. Why pay for Codex if Clade offers a better product?

Paying $500 for Codex only to hit usage limits faster than on Claude’s $100 5x plan is absurd. If Codex can’t outperform Opus 5.5, it should at least offer significantly more usage. 5x the price for a worse experience is hard to justify.

Speed is great I guess, but the biggest issue for us is when we hit out limits we can no longer work. Should make GTP-6.1 Luna free in codex without limit so there is at least something reliable to fall back on when limits are hit for the big boys💪

Hey @thsottiaux why do they keep reducing the Codex usage in the paid plans? The allowance doesn't cut it for day-to-day work anymore; the agent barely makes a few changes before running out of tokens.

Thanks for the reset. Codex cloud I couldn’t care less, I want codex to work on my local machine. Also, please, improve Astra usage. I’m on Business Premium and I can’t work, I’m always in deficit! On Claude Max 5x I feel unlimited with Opus High :(

I’ve said it 1000 times, and I will say it again. Nobody wants your extra features that you keep advertising, we just want our weekly usage back. And before you say we can have it back for $500, I want to point out Claude code at 200 bucks lasts about 10 times longer.

it's ok if your models are not the smartest, for a little while. but for 100 euros you can't 1. first kill usage limits so they run out incredibly fast 2. kill tok/s massively to make the subscription unusable 3. compensate us in a way that requires us 2 check twitter 4 rsts

I've hit my weekly limit, and there's no option to buy a reset at a reasonable price, like a quarter of the monthly subscription fee. I'm not even asking for a free reset. You're basically forcing me to subscribe to Claude to finish my project halfway through development.🙃

The update was supposed to improve ChatGPT, but it didn't improve anything; instead, it just created a redundant, unnecessary feature that most users don't need. You cut our limits from 20x to 10x—thanks for the extra tokens, I guess—so you should lower the subscription price to.
