The composer consistently anticipates my next steps, offering remarkably relevant suggestions before I even think to ask. It's an impressive productivity boost. Sincere appreciation to OpenAI and the team for creating such an intuitive and thoughtfully designed feature!

Tbf, these have been good, and have sped things along so well done, the predictions have been pretty accurate as to what I would have typed next. Claude’s been doing it a while I might add however ….. 😉

The double take is real — when it predicts the follow-up I was about to type, it saves the whole context-switch of having to explain myself again. And the fact that it does not consume usage is what makes it feel like something I can just leave on instead of rationing.

Composer predictions without consuming usage is a big deal. Usage anxiety is the main thing stopping me from leaving Codex on for long sessions. Any plans to bring it to the CLI?
