Problem
The problem with auto-review is that it still asks me for things I have clearly stated I am giving it full permission to do. As a result, it is still not able to do things like: - create an API key for me - go get my API key from my environment variables or my iCloud keychain

Problem
Auto review inside Codex is currently awful. Regularly rejects simple actions. Wouldn't be celebrating this to be honest, @thsottiaux. It's an impediment currently, not an improvement.
