@thsottiaux Pro user. Since Oct 22, gpt-6.1-sol in Codex fails ~60% with "Selected model is at capacity", only on my account. 6-sol/luna work with the same prompt; weekly usage 17%. Support just sends a template. Could someone take a look?

Caching is great, but capacity is the real problem for Pro users. On Oct 9 a single Codex thread hit 54 "Selected model is at capacity" errors, and it happened again on Oct 20. Support case #17047613 has been silent since Oct 14. Could someone on the Codex team take a look?…

A quick fix would be Wait & Retry if model is at capacity instead of simply stopping the run. That's something you can do @thsottiaux and what will make the problems for users a bit smaller. People want their Codex to work through night, not to stop 1 hour after they went to bed.

Thanks for the reset 🙏 One suggestion: show load per model (or typical peak hours), not just a “busy” error after the fact. Then I could pick a less busy model or schedule big tasks off-peak, instead of hitting limits or weaker output mid-task.
