Tibo, either remove the 5-hour limit for our Plus members, or offer a reset card instead of allowing continuous resets within a day. For Plus members, the 5-hour limit means they can't use up the full amount throughout the entire day. This approach is very unfair to regular users

Things must be really terrible for OpenAI. The normal use of the 5‑hour window ends 3 hours before the reset. It’s truly impossible to use anything in Codex besides Luna if you’re a Plus Plan subscriber. WTF @OpenAI @thsottiaux

I don’t work in 5-hour blocks. I work for 8 hours most days, 9-5. Burning through tokens during working goes means I’m productive for a couple of hours then pause for 2-3 hours. So much wasted time. If limits are necessary, I’d prefer longer (24 hour) or shorter (1-2 hours)

No 5h limits is great. It enables a much more async way of working with codex. For heavier workflows, 5h limits mean either topping up on credits while there’s still weekly quota sitting there gathering dust or spreading out the work over more days. No 5h = shorter feedback loop

Option A seemed like a no brainer to me since I mostly struggle with the 5 hour limit, but I suppose for those who cannot wait for 5 hour limit to reset (since an interruption can break the flow/make you miss deadlines) or bother keeping up with it, that makes sense.
