I am all for bringing back 5 hr limits and 2X usage. Every week I hit my usage limit at the halfway point of the week. But my usage is steady throughout the week. I have done my best to reduce usage spikes and adjust my agent behavior to enable long continuous runs! Solved!

Idea
5 h limits, 2x usage. The basic reason is that you can just have the model pace itself under the limit to continue working. Most my work is really a usage issue. I would simply tell Codex to stay slightly under the 5h limit, I could get twice the work done in the week.

A lot of people saying 2x isn't a definite amount, but if you would get 10k in inference it goes up to 20k. And the 5h limit is definitely something I can deal with to get double usage. Could be annoying to have to pause my work and get a coffee, but it's not that bad!
