Problem
Hi, there's a pretty annoying bug in Codex Desktop on Windows. In Goal mode, after context compaction, Codex sometimes randomly goes back to old messages and actually re-executes completed tasks, even modifying files. Might be related to Steer. Hope this gets fixed soon!
