What ever you did the artefacts and files of chats are gone. You can't even download newly ones. You get from the Chatgpt Desktop App to Browser -> Login to webpage to find all files are missing. Congrats you succesfully broke a working system. Well done! I pay 200€ ..

@thsottiaux Can you please look into an issue that I've been experiencing? I have been randomly losing access to my chats. I lost a whole project folder with 22 chats in it and now while I was working in a new chat that I created today, I lost access to that one too. Please help.

Problem
Tibo my chat's have been missing from ChatGPT for 24 hours now. That's a long time to have no access to my chats from the browser. This error with long term downtime deserves a banked reset. FYI I can see my chats from Codex, and from my phone. Just not from the browser.

Problem
The latest Mac app (26.1007.30912) has serious bugs: Quick Chat is inaccessible and chat history is missing. Could you prioritize a fix? Yesterday's quota is already used up. Day 8 should be another reset. Thanks!

Problem
Can you please fix the usability issues on the Windows desktop version first? ChatGPT is barely usable right now. In Work mode, it keeps showing "Selected model is a..." But in Chat mode, conversations sometimes disappear from ChatGPT for no apparent reason!

Problem
I think due to these resets and incredibly increased usage, Work started to freeze, not answer, all of a sudden user msgs are gone like they are never sent.

For chat type , a better conversation model gpt6, but a worse experience. It keeps loading, and every time I open a conversation I have to keep scrolling down. On top of that, some message text that was already output gets lost.

Thanks for improving Codex and ChatGPT Work, and for reset opportunities. As a Pro user, I appreciate it! But simple chats can take minutes; voice shows connection warnings, and chats sometimes roll back, losing messages. Please improve everyday speed and reliability too.

Problem
TIbo, one of my chat histories lost a lot of content from the PC side. It might be because I sent a message on my phone before it finished refreshing, and then the chat history in between disappeared. Is there any way to recover it?

Lil bug in codex (yeah im still gonna call it this) after today. Lots of my chats disappeared. From projects and recents. My dot still had access to them. So I could open her window and when I opened the chat they reappeared on my project folder. Nothing major. Also. We need…

2. So, you update your client or fix whatever app issue you had, and resend your prompt. 3. You continue to chat and get significant work done as usual. 4. But you work on another task, and when you come back to this thread, everything after the first error msg is gone.
