Problem
Too many errors on agent spawn using dot. Is everything okay? Work chat also stuck with no response, stop and send message doesn't help

Problem
Can you fix codex orchestration? The main agent spawns subagents and then never wakes up when the subagents return. The unattended session stays idle until I send a prompt asking it to resume work.

Problem
I'm seeing queue'd messaging between terminal agents failing regularly. They just sit there, nobody checks, you prompt and get "oh yeah, I've got 7 in the queue". Only in the last week. I'm not sure it is time to scale :D Oh, and my dot saved me $900 in a dispute. Story there.
