Day 18: Tibo announces a reset, alongside Decisions API GA and unspecified performance improvements

Tibo writes: "Day 18/ Decisions API is GA, OpenResponses joined the Linux Foundation, we shipped some performance improvements and Uber is going all-in on codex & work. But yes… that's a reset!" It was published on 23 October at 04:46 UTC, after Day 18 ended in UTC; he explicitly names Day 18, so it is recorded as that day's delivery rather than Day 19.

The reset is a usage reset as Tibo announces it, not a lasting change to the limits themselves. The post does not say which plans receive it, whether it is applied automatically or banked, when it lands, or whether anything expires. The other items are news around it rather than Codex usage changes: the Decisions API, which entered public beta on Day 2.4, is now generally available by his account; OpenResponses joining the Linux Foundation is a governance change; "some performance improvements" are not described or measured; and Uber's adoption is a customer announcement. None of these is a benchmark.

Follow-up from Tibo on 23 Oct (x.com ↗): replying to his own Day 18 post a minute later, at 04:47 UTC (21:47 on 22 Oct, Pacific time), he writes: "Landing tomorrow before 10am PST together with a small ship." Scope: this gives the reset a landing time, so it was announced but not yet applied when the Day 18 post went out; read from his Pacific evening, "tomorrow before 10am" is the morning of 23 October Pacific time. It does not say which plans receive it, whether it is banked, whether anything expires, or what the "small ship" is. Rantr has not independently verified.
